Vita | Vitality For Longer offers a non-personalised , general wellness program designed to address common causes of lower back pain through a holistic approach , including movement, mobility exercises, and emotional wellness strategies.
Our programs are not individualised treatment plans and do not replace medical advice. Lower back pain is a multifactorial condition , and its underlying causes can vary widely, including but not limited to:

✔️ Emotional stress and trauma
✔️ Lifestyle factors, such as physical activity and ergonomics
✔️ Inflammation and underlying medical conditions
Because the root causes of back pain differ from person to person, it is impossible for us to diagnose, treat, or guarantee specific results for every individual.
1.2 No Guarantee of Results
Many participants experience significant improvements, but results vary from person to person based on factors such as pre-existing medical conditions, adherence to the program, and lifestyle habits.
We do not guarantee relief, cure, or specific outcomes. To allow participants to assess the suitability of our approach, we offer a 14-Day Lower Back Pain Relief Challenge
before committing to the 90-Day Back Pain Mastery Program (12-week duration). Participation in the trial does not guarantee success in the full program.

You are responsible for modifying exercises based on your own limitations and seeking professional advice if needed. Vita | Vitality For Longer and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, adverse effects, or damages resulting from your participation.
3. Membership, Payments & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Membership & Fees
The 90-Day Back Pain Mastery Program requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months at a rate of $199 per month.Membership is auto-renewed monthly unless canceled by the participant.There is no maximum duration—participants may continue for as long as they wish.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request via email. If a payment has already been processed before cancellation is requested, no refunds will be issued. If a participant completes the program but does not send an email to cancel, their membership will continue, and the monthly fee will still be deducted from their account until a cancellation request is received. Upon cancellation, access to the program and all associated materials will be revoked. Participants may repeat the program as long as their membership remains active.
3.3 Vita Box Policy
Upon enrollment, members receive a Vita Box , which remains theirs to keep even if they choose to cancel their membership.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Warranties
We provide our programs, services, and materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Vita | Vitality For Longer does not warrant that: The program will be suitable for every individual or their specific condition.Participants will achieve specific results or pain relief.The content will always be free of errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies.
4.2 Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Vita | Vitality For Longer, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable
for any: Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs.Injury, health complications, or discomfort experienced during or after participation. Loss of income, data, or business due to reliance on our program materials.
By engaging with Vita’s programs, you expressly waive any claims against the Company, its affiliates, or instructors related to injuries, adverse health effects, or dissatisfaction with results.
